Heating Services

Along with providing professional air conditioning services, we can also assist with quality heating solutions. Most homes operate with a centralized furnace that can be turned on and heat the home through one main source. The furnace then delivers heat throughout the ducts and into the rest of the vents throughout each room. When your heating system is failing, however, you might notice that you aren’t receiving heated air or that the air you are receiving isn’t at the temperature you had hoped for.

Heating Repairs
There are many different types of heating repairs that are often needed, depending on the type of damages that is present in your heater. If you have a furnace that is leaking, it will likely need to be replaced or cleaned in order to stop the leak. If you have a heat pump instead of a furnace, the repairs may be different and require more extensive inspections and troubleshooting in order to find the source of the problem. Our team works diligently to deliver quality results and ensure that your heating unit is up to par, regardless of what type of heater you have.

Furnace Replacements
If you are in need of a furnace replacement, our team can readily assist with removing your deteriorating furnace and replacing it with a new one that is more functional and efficient. Many times, we will recommend replacing the furnace instead of repairing it because this will give you optimal results for long-term use. Leaving a furnace to leak for too long can be damaging to your home and pose a health and safety risk to you and your loved ones. For this reason, we recommend giving us a call as soon as possible, or any time you noticed that your furnace is not operating properly.

Thermostat Checks
Along with providing professional heating solutions, we can also check your thermostat, which works in conjunction with your heater to deliver the right temperature of heated air. When your thermostat is not functioning or needs to be reconfigured, it can, often times, denote one temperature that is not accurate without relaying the right temperature measurement to the furnace. This means you’ll receive air that hasn’t been warmed to the right degree, even if your thermostat says it has. Our thermostat checks can reduce energy waste when this happens as well, so you can get a more accurate reading of the temperature your furnace is heating to and how warm your home actually is.

Calibration
Alongside your thermostat, your heating system may need to be recalibrated if it is older and requires some general maintenance. Calibration helps you better manage your heating system from the control panel and thermostat without wasting energy and sending the correct message to the furnace of what temperature to heat the air to and when to turn on and off with the timer. Calibration also helps your control panel work more efficiently, so you can get more convenient use out of it every time.
